U.S. Soccer Federation
U.S. Soccer Federation is the national governing body for the sport in the United States, responsible for developing players, coaches, and referees and growing the game at every level, from grassroots participation to international competition, guided by a belief in soccer as a force for good. Holding that coaches are the single most important driver of a young athlete’s experience, U.S. Soccer is using Empower Every Coach to reimagine grassroots coaching education — developing affordable, developmentally-aligned modules that lower the barriers to getting trained and equip coaches to create safe, positive environments for young players.
